Lee Ann Curren on ASP world tour

The daugther of surf legend Tom Curren and former Cooler Cover Star will start her very first season on the ASP Womens World Tour in 2010! Not only is it rather hard for Europeans to out-surf their dominant competitors from the US and Australia, at the age of only 20 years Lee Ann is also the youngest European surfer ever to qualify and the only Frenchie amongst the 18 best female surfers of the world.
We’re looking forward to seeing her rip it at the first event of 2010, the Roxy Pro Gold Coast in Australia. Stay tuned!

Roxy Chicken Jam 2010

Only 3 more weeks to go, and the elite of shreddetes will once again fight for the glorious win at the European Chicken Jam, which will take place on January 8-10th, 2010 in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. After the event was canceled last year, you can expect the likes of Cheryl Maas (NED), Kjersti Buaas Oestgaard (NOR), Janna Meyen-Weatherby (USA), Sarka Pancochova (CZE) and Lisa Filzmoser (AUT) give everything at this years event to get as many important TTR points they can get at this 6star event. And as we’re used to from the girls, the partying will be just as serious, supported by Bunny Lake and the Wax Wreckaz.
